PRODUCTS

We make every reasonable effort to accurately display and describe our products.

Because RepRail™ components are manufactured in-house, minor cosmetic variations related to the manufacturing process may occur and do not necessarily affect product performance.

Product colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and display settings.

Reppert Marine may modify, improve, discontinue, or update products and specifications as the product line develops.

PRODUCT FITMENT

Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions, compatibility information, and installation requirements before purchase.

RepRail™ products are designed for the applications described on their respective product pages, but boat rails, tubing, accessories, and installations can vary.

INSTALLATION AND USE

Customers are responsible for properly installing, inspecting, and maintaining Reppert Marine products.

Hardware should be checked periodically, particularly in environments subject to vibration, impact, saltwater, and regular marine use.

Do not use a product if it appears damaged, improperly installed, loose, or otherwise unsafe.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

Prices, promotions, product availability, and product specifications may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, inventory, description, or other errors and to cancel or refund an affected order when necessary.

ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the appropriate refund will be issued.
